“Belmuž” is a traditional specialty from Svrljig from young sheep and cow cheese and corn flour served hot. “Belmuž” is on the list of immaterial cultural heritage of Serbia.The competition in its preparation is the central event of the manifestation, but the program also contains accompanying events such as the selection of the most beautiful shepherdess, homemade craftsmanship, old shepherd’s dishes, as well as shepherd games and cultural programs.
